The Deep States – The Social Oasis

The Deep State is the term first used by the Americans for nations where apparent democracy prevails. The American concept of deep states is where the leading authority lies with the establishment division of a country, and rulers (Prime Minister or President) are just puppets of the establishment.

Apparent democracy sounds similar to democracy, in which the ordinary public elect their representatives. The main difference between the representatives of an apparent democracy and actual democracy is their independence to take steps or decisions like voting in favor of any resolution or against any revolution.

Usually, the general public is unaware of the two mentioned above: Apparent Democracy and Actual Democracy. The reason behind this is that the public considers both terms the same. Why they believe these two-term same is a vast topic, and we must consider the reasons behind this act.

Lack of awareness is the reason behind this because the common public considers that they are under a democratic rule in which the representatives are independent. They need to understand representatives are not independent. They are taking instructions from other influential factors of the country.

Powers In a Country

Let’s discuss the influential factors in a developed country compared to an underdeveloped country.

In a developed state, the power lies with the general public, which selects its representatives for a specific period and demands decisions according to their interests. All the other institutes, whether defense or judiciary, fall under the direct control of the federal government.

In an underdeveloped state, the military and judiciary collectively make decisions but refrain from coming in front of the general public to face their reaction. For this, they use the apparently looking democracy as a tool to implement these decisions. So, all the criticism is confronted by the federation, and no one believes these decisions are, in actuality, the decisions of the establishment.

Reasons Behind Establishment’s Behavior

Mostly, the establishment has a mindset that whatever they do, whatever thoughts they pursue are the best thoughts.
The establishment has trained its mindsets so that the structure they follow is the best.
They don’t need any improvement. This sense of no amendment for improvement leads to a rigid attitude of the establishment.
The thinking of above the law is also a very emerging reason.

This leads to the establishment’s behavior that is at least not in the country’s interest.

How The Establishment Creates Silence

The establishment mainly creates a sense of fear for the ones who stand against them or raise their voice against them. This mostly leads to oppression; no one speaks against the establishment because they are blackmailed. Their family and children are targeted in case they stand against the establishment.

The establishment used to set cruel examples by ridiculing the rebels. The establishment considers no limits and exposes whatever it can to knock a person, either targeting his personal or social life.

Why Is The Establishment Era Not Suitable?

One of the establishment sections is mostly expert in occupying areas as their primary role is defense. So, when they try to apply this approach to public dealing institutes, they mostly dominate the ordinary people, and that’s how a dictatorship comes into existence. This dictatorship leads to chaos in the country.

Dictatorship is a military rule where the military occupies every institute and controls it. Various restrictions, including censorship, media restrictions, and many others, accompany the Dictatorship Era.

The primary issue is not that military personnel will control any country; the real problem is that they are not trained. The training mindset of military personnel strikes a country to a great extent. Further, their dominating nature and non-acceptance ideology lead to uncoverable chaos.

This type of dictatorship is bearable, but the kind of dictatorship that includes controlling the public representatives is much more dangerous. Many developing nations are presently suffering from this cruel and unfair dictatorship, in which the establishment division is not directly involved. Still, indirectly they manipulate things according to their interest.

Setting Up An Invisible Dictatorship

Although many issues allow military dictators to dictate the government officials, even if the dictators have the option to take control over the whole system directly, looking into the past, we may acknowledge that the eras of dictators were not considered good or not even a good source of the country’s economy.

The hate among the public for the dictators for throwing the government official forced the establishment to try new things and develop a new approach to rule the whole country. This approach brings an idea to their mind that they should use the power and try to help those people to attain power involved in any wrongdoing like corruption, fraud, and money laundering.

The establishment helps such people to come into power, and then after this, they control such representatives by blackmailing them for their illegal acts mentioned above. The representatives are corrupt and defaulters, so they follow the instructions from the establishment division just to save their looted money. If they stand against the establishment, they use power to bring their corruption cases to the general public, creating a sense of political loss for those representatives. This can even wholly destroy their future political careers.

When Nations Become Aware Of The Role Of Establishment

As long as the nation remains unaware of the faces behind these puppets, the situation remains almost normal; people criticize the politicians for being corrupt, not doing anything for them, and so on.

In many cases, people demand that there must be Martial Law in the country rather than these ineligible politicians running the country. The reason behind this is undoubtedly the trick and policy adopted by the establishment. As the establishment does not appear directly on the screen, they control the politicians to make things according to their will, so the public considers their defenders very innocent, honest, and other good qualities that don’t even exist.

In the present time, the policy adopted by the establishment of many countries is now being exposed by the revolutionary leaders by making the people aware that it is not the politicians who are destroying their country. In actuality, the establishment is responsible for this. This reality is a bitter reality for any nation suffering from this situation. This creates many problems for that nation.

Effect On A Nation Due To Establishment’s Such Policy

Firstly, there is a gap between the common public and their defenders or law enforcement agencies.
The feeling of love for the nation’s defenders is replaced by hate and aggression.
This hate for the defenders allows the enemies of such nations to dominate or create problems for them.
The ordinary soldiers’ morale also falls, although they are not directly involved. It is the higher command that is responsible for that.
This situation will create anarchy in a country leading to various foreign restrictions.
Many foreign investors will lift their interest in that country, which will result in the fall of the economy of such nations.

Solutions to Such Situation

The only possible solution is that the ordinary person should stand and ask for their rights. The public should back up their votes and take an interest in politics. The public should not leave politics a matter of the higher class.

Politics is a matter of everyone, every citizen of a country. Everyone can ask where my tax is going and who is responsible for the loss. When the ordinary person is interested in politics or country affairs, there will be a sense of fear for those who rule the country.

So this is the most common problem in developing nations of today’s world, where few families rule, and the rest of the country is just enslaved people. This issue should be addressed because if this continues, there will be chaos that was never suitable for the world, and still, it is not the best way to move on.
