A Story Of Innocence And Betrayal
Knowledge and Awareness are different things. Knowledge includes facts, figures, and experiences gained in practical or theoretical ways. One thing that knowledge lacks is consciousness; although consciousness is the key to knowledge, somehow, knowledge lacks keenness.
For Example, Suppose a person studies a chapter about the fundamentals of the English language and knows that punctuation, tense, sequence of words, sense, and so on are the basic rules considered prior Knowledge. When he comes to learning how to punctuate a sentence, what tense is, what a sequence is, and so on, now he is going to be aware, either well aware or not, that is a different concept.
Act from Fact
Knowledge does not include Awareness until it is implemented. It is the key concept to understand. Awareness starts at the edge point of the implementation of knowledge. Knowledge without implementation lacks keenness or consciousness. Keenness or Consciousness enters the knowledge boundary when knowledge becomes act from fact.
Innocence-A Target Of Deception
Innocence sounds something like purity, purity either in acts or words. From criminology’s point of view, innocents are the ones free from guile. Innocence is subjected to a person’s ability to justify his nobleness. Innocence is one of the most significant targets of Deception.
Deception includes dodge attempts and tricks to use a person’s positive sides for a negative gain but claiming the gain as pure or positive. The inability of a person to understand someone’s emotion leads that person towards shortcuts, tricks, and dodgy skills.
The Unaware Innocent
A character comes to the city with the least possible information regarding all the happenings of today’s tricky world. A few years back, he heard something like a veterinary doctor from his educated relative (living in a city). From there, he (the boy) started dreaming of being a consoler or a doctor of animals.
The animals with whom he has spent most of his life while living in a village become dearer to him. This dream took years of proper practice. The boy continues to feed his goal. The boy cultivated his plan to his best by providing self-motivation.
Now, this dream kept him awake for years at night. The dark, scary nights, darkness everywhere around him with a bit of opening for stars to shine. He was in the 10th grade when one of his teachers told him he would have a bright future and that his parents’ profession would not be with him anymore, as he would love to work with a multinational company. That international company will offer him a handsome salary package and a luxurious car.
It leads to a situation like daydreaming, and he decides to work with complete devotion and zeal. Until now, everything was running through his mind like a beautiful imagination. He was not having any reality-based satisfaction because he was unaware that reality and imagination are both different terms. At that time, he used to think that things were straight and clear as he thought.
Then he went to college after a brilliant performance in his matriculation result. He carried the same pace of hard work at the college level too. He never went out after bunking his classes, as his aim always pushed him to be vigilant and honest with his studies. His intermediate result was also up to the mark.
Then comes when he goes toward achieving the target of a luxurious life. He started applying for admission to various universities but could not do so.
Do you know Why?
Yes! You are thinking of the right one.
Finance was a significant hurdle in his way toward becoming a veterinary doctor. So, lastly, he brought his interest and finance together at the same point, and the point was A Government Sector University. He ignored sports and other co-curricular activities during his stay at school and college because he was almost a bookworm. The only possible category where he could apply was open merit, which was relatively easy as he had 90 % and 85% marks at the matric and intermediate levels, respectively.
Reality Vs Expectations
The expectations were high but low as compared to the compulsions of the university administration department. So, the lists were displayed gradually, but the boy needed help to make his way to his desired field (Doctor Of Veterinary Medicine). His utmost desire for the last 7 to 8 years was not to find his way. At last, he decided to study something related to animals as the love of animals was in his blood for many years, and he got admission to Animal Sciences. He learned later that many people with 65 % marks could make their way toward becoming Veterinary doctors because of their links with the university administration. He could not do so because he was unaware of the ground reality. Many students with 65, 66 % marks were adjusted, but he was not allowed to sit with these students despite the fact he was way ahead of them.
Any Guess About The Root Causes And Solutions?
Now, understand the link between the thoughts he pursued and the reality that he was bound to adopt. There are a few things by which the minds of students in our society are fed. First, teachers must inform their students about the ground reality. They always create an ideological classroom environment rather than training their students to cope with upcoming issues. The students are always taught in a way that if education does not provide them with a luxurious life, they are not intelligent enough to be called successful students. It is a prevailing myth that education’s primary purpose is money or luxury.
Our education system is training young minds to provide them with knowledge, not making them prepared for putting their learning into their everyday life where knowledge becomes an act, and that’s how youngsters become well aware. It is a dilemma of our education structure. One of the most essential things is students need to pay more attention to physical and co-curricular activities at the school level, which limits their chances.
Lack Of Self Analysis Practices And Political Interventions
Self-analysis is never practiced while choosing the fields; because of this, we mostly find students saying they are just doing the respective degree for their parent’s will. We are producing robots, not professionals in various fields.
Political intervention in educational institutes has shaken the pillars of rights, justice, and equality. Politicians use their links with the university administration for their political gains.
Behind The Story
The boy was in his first semester when he asked for a lift from another student while returning to his village. The motorcycle boy told him he had been fooled and greatly fooled. He came to know that if he wanted to survive, then one thing was most important, and the thing is: that people with limited marks are acceptable, but people with few links are not acceptable. Later, the boy on the motorcycle who informed the innocently fooled student that he had been drawn out of the game tragically published this story.
